Police beat and arrested South Korean activists, among them people living with HIV/AIDS, during a PEACEFUL march in Busan against Free Trade Agreements. The march took place within the Convention Center. People were ruffed up and got hurt in this process. Even though the protest was not disrupting any activities of ICAAP still plainclothes government security staff considered them as threat and arrested them. Some of the activists are badly hurt while stopping the police arresting their colleagues. See the attached the pictures that show how badly the Korean activists were treated by the Security and the Police.
